Quality

We take endless amounts of time to ensure that our products meet the expectations of our customers.  Our art staff and production team are the best in the business.  Countless hours are spent refining and developing our unique flavor of t-shirt design.  We print on 100% cotton, ringspun shirts that are custom made to our specs. 

Payments

We accept payment by all major credit cards.  If you do not have a credit card, and would like to pay via cash, check, or money order, please contact us at info@duckco.com.

Return Policy

If your shirt does not meet your expectations, we are glad to take care of you.  Please contact us at info@duckco.com with your order number and specifics about what's wrong, and we will make things right in a hurry.

Ordering Details

If you have a question regarding any of our products, or realize that you need to make a change after your order was submitted, please contact us at info@duckco.com.

To order more than one size of a specific design, just go back to the product page, select the design again, and enter the new size.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange unwashed and unworn shirts within 30 days of delivery.  Please follow the instructions at the bottom of the packing slip that was included in your order.  If you have lost your packing slip, please contact us at info@duckco.com.

When will I get my order?

We will ship your shirts via UPS (United Parcel Service) according to the shipping method selected.  Orders placed after 2:00 PM (MST) will go out the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.  Available shipping options are available as you go through the checkout process.  If you receive an error, or do not see your country listed as an option, please contact us at info@duckco.com.  Please Note: Depending on your order size, and delivery location, your order may be subject to import taxes.  Import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with The Duck Company, and must be paid by you upon delivery.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

Yes!  We ship via the US Postal Service.  Please use the United States as the destination country, and use domestic shipping rates.

I didn't receive a confirmation email!

Some email providers mark confirmation emails as spam, or block them completely.  If you cannot find a confirmation email, please contact us at info@duckco.com

What Name will appear on my credit card statement?

The name on your statement will read THE DUCK COMPANY
